This morning the sun was out shining the rain clouds away, so I asked Mommy if we could go on an adventure. "Sure," she said, and we were off.
Our first stop was the Farmer's Market. Here's what we found:
Farm fresh eggs, baby red potatoes, sweet potatoes, and spinach.
Besides veggies and eggs, we found my friend Ava! Yep, Ava was at the Farmer's Market, too. We decided to keep adventuring together. We headed down to the new fountain for a little penny throwing.
The cute, little candy shop was open today, so we headed on in for some penny and nickle candy. I got five pieces for $.19. What a bargain!
About this time, Jack was hungry. Ava's mommy said she would keep an eye on me while Jack had his milk.
And speaking of Jack... Here's what he was wearing by the time we got home. Yep, NOTHING! Adventuring with Jack is always an adventure. Today he spit up all over everything. While Mommy was cleaning up that mess, she found a diaper blow-out. Oh, Jack-Jack, you are silly! Once again you went through every stitch of clothing we had in the diaper bag!

My 16 yo son Michael thinks the picture of Jamey and Ava at the fountain should be made into greeting cards - maybe thinking of you cards? Anyway, it's just adorable.
Yummy! I think going to farmer's markets here in Iowa will be a new adventure for us this summer.
Congratulations on the new tooth Jack! What a sweet big brother you are helping Jack learn how to brush his teeth. Cute picture with Ava Henry. Cute picture of Jack too.
Love,
Aunt Elizabeth
