Happy Birthday Aunt Joy!

Happy Birthday to Aunt Joy! I hope you're having a good day.

Here I am playing with my letters. I didn't really feel like smiling today. This is what my serious face looks like.

A new way to ride

This morning I discovered a new way to ride my trike. It works pretty well. Up and down the hall I went...

Animals vs. Cars

Mommy says that animals live in barns. I, however, disagree. I think cars live in barns!
First, I opened the barn door...

Then I put my blue car in the barn...

And I closed the door!

Animals? Who needs them when one has cars!

Yesterday evening my Great-Grandma Jeanne passed away. Great-Grandma Jeanne was Mommy's dad's (Grandpa Patrick's) mom. Great-Grandma Jeanne liked to dress up, she made yummy cheese enchiladas, and she liked to draw. When Mommy was little, she remembers Grandma Jeanne coming to visit with new boxes of crayons and big sheets of paper. Then Mommy and her brothers and sisters would sit at the table with Grandma Jeanne and draw for hours. Grandma Jeanne could draw anything! Mommy said it was lots of fun. I am sad I won't be able to draw with Great-Grandma Jeanne. I think it would have been lots of fun to draw with my grandma using brand new crayons.

I'm glad I got to meet you Great-Grandma Jeanne!

We're Home!!!

Finally, late last night, we made it out of Colorado and back to our house. I'm actually kind of glad we got snowed in cause I got to spend more time with Grandma Lou and Grandpa Jere. But don't tell Grandpa Jere that I'm happy about all the snow; Grandpa Jere got so much snow where he lived when he was little, and now he doesn't like snow that much. Shhhhh!

Mommy and I are in the middle of unpacking...we haven't gotten to the bag with the camera yet. When we do, we'll take some pictures. Until then I'm having fun playing with my toys--I hadn't seen them for over a week! I think they missed me.
